Mr. Fowler formed The Fowler Law Firm PLLC in August of 2008 after spending eleven (11) years with the prestigious Memphis law firms Glankler Brown, PLLC and Gary K. Smith and Associates, PLLC. Mr. Fowler attended Embry Riddle Aeronautical University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in 1993 in Aeronautical Studies, with a concentration in Management and an Associates of Science in Aviation Business Administration. In 1997 Mr. Fowler graduated from The University of Memphis with his Juris Doctorate. While in law school, he was a member of the Law Review, Moot Court Board, and the National Moot Court Team. He was the recipient of the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence in the Study of Appellate Practice in 1995, was the Mock Trial Champion in 1997, won the Best Oral Advocate award in the 1997 Mock Trial Competition and the First Year Moot Court Competition and at graduation in 1997 he received the Joseph A. Moore Award for Oral Advocacy.

Mr. Fowler has been admitted to practice before all courts in Tennessee, including the Tennessee Supreme Court, the Tennessee Court of Appeals and before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. In 2005 Mr. Fowler was also selected for membership in the Leo Bearman, Sr., American Inn of Court.

From 2006 through 2008 Mr. Fowler served as an adjunct faculty member at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, teaching Aviation Law and American Constitutional Law. Mr. Fowler’s practice focuses on litigation in both state and federal courts, primarily in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, workers compensation, insurance defense and criminal defense.
